I have been called for jury duty and must fill out a questionnaire. The new form asks for your sex or gender identity. Is it perjury if I identify as a woman? What about a person who is "gender fluid." These are individuals who do not identify themselves as having a fixed gender. Some days they feel like a male and other times they feel female. On other occasions they may feel like they don't have any gender. What if they're seated on a jury and their gender identities have differing opinions on guilt or innocence? If the gender does not fit, you must acquit.
Lighten up Francis it's a joke.
