Worcester Sees Just Nine Percent Of Government Workers Unvaccinated

We are getting more numbers when it comes to Worcester Government workers and vaccinations.

Nine percent of Worcester city employees remain out of compliance with coronavirus vaccine rules.

The city required all employees to submit proof of vaccination or agree to weekly testing by November first.

As of Friday, 79 percent of city workers were vaccinated and 12 percent had agreed to the weekly testing.

Those who refuse to comply with the rules for over 30 days face termination, and that number is currently over 150 employees.
