Joe Petty has easily won a sixth term as mayor of Worcester.
Petty defeated the others in the four-way race for at large councilor, where the top vote-getter becomes mayor.
The closest challenge came from at large Councilor Donna Colorio, but Petty was safely ahead with most returns in.
Petty has broken his own record of being elected for five straight terms as city mayor he had set two years ago.
He took a tad more than 60 percent of the vote.
