We believe that every person deserves a community that SEES the possibilities, BELIEVES in their abilities, and ensures that each of us can ACHIEVE our dreams. At the 4th Annual AbilityFest, we will do just that by celebrating the abilities of us all, uniting as a community to participate in a 5K road race or a 1 mile walk, and a festival of arts, music and inclusive activities. We invite you to take part in this special day—Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Institute Park in Worcester.
This 4th Annual AbilityFest will give children and adults with disabilities, and their families and friends, an opportunity to engage in a community-wide activity that promotes socialization, health and wellness, and fun for all abilities. Inactivity is prevalent in the lives of people with disabilities because of the lack of available options. AbilityFest works to raise awareness for the options that are available—many of which are provided by Seven Hills and resources in the area.
Come play an important role in raising awareness of the critical importance of establishing and maintaining active and healthy lifestyles for everyone in our community.
