Chief Daniel Linskey brings us back to the bomber shoot out in Watertown.

Former Superintendent-in-Chief Daniel Linskey held a gun to the head of marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaevas as he searched him for a suicide vest or remote detonator. Chief Linskey was also a key figure in developing strategy for preventing and responding to terrorism.
