Holliston Patrolman John Johnson was shot and killed with his own gun after stopping a stolen vehicle on August 13, 1981. The two occupants of the car ran and Johnson was able to catch the driver. In a struggle, the man grabbed Johnson's gun and shot him. He shot him two more times execution style.
