A Corona Virus pandemic and cancelled parades can't dampen the Irish spirit on their proudest day of the year. Adrian Metcalfe guided us around the Emerald Isle. He works with our friends at Collette. His knowledge of and pride in Ireland are second to none. We sat down with two pints to discuss how St. Patrick's Day is celebrated in Ireland.
