Over the years we've seen outfielders crash into walls, through walls and over walls to make sensational catches. On Friday night, Boston Red Sox minor leaguer Corey Brown joined that elite group, slamming into the wall at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket to rob Rochester Red Wings shortstop Danny Santana of an extra-base hit.

However, in his case, he nearly had the wall crash down on him.

The great catched happened in the ninth inning with Pawtucket leading 6-2, which is also the score they would win by. Even with the extra padding on the scoreboard, Brown decided to test the padding covering about a 10-foot high brick wall in left center field, and nearly had the padding come down on his head.
